Coaching is 100% individualised, tailored both to your event and your personal goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. No two plans are identical because each athlete is different.

  • That’s exactly what it’s built for. I work with people juggling work, life, and big goals. Together, we create a plan that works with your reality — not against it.

  • Not at all. You just need to be committed to your goals. I work with runners of all paces who want structure, accountability, and long-term progress — whether you’re chasing a podium or simply want to feel strong again.

  • Everything is tailored to you — training plans, strength work (if you choose the combined option), ongoing feedback, video analysis, optional calls, and daily communication. You’re not just getting a plan — you’re getting a coach in your corner.

  • Life happens — and so we adapt. Your plan is flexible, and I adjust things week to week (and sometimes day to day) to meet you where you're at. That’s the power of 1-to-1 coaching. We can change the plan, look into cross-training, and work collaboratively with your specialist.

  • Yes. I coach runners training for everything from the one-mile to mountainous 100-milers. Though I do have athletes who stay specific to one terrain type, I believe running is running, and regardless of your preferred terrain, there is a lot to be gained from being the complete package.

  • Absolutely. A big part of my approach is helping you build a strong, durable body and avoid the common mistakes that lead to injury. With a tailored plan, regular check-ins, and optional strength work, we focus on long-term health and progress.

  • Though access to weights is preferred, not necessarily. I tailor your strength plan based on your access — whether that’s bodyweight at home, resistance bands, or full gym equipment. The goal is to build strength that supports your running, in a way that fits your life.

  • Coaching is ongoing and billed every 4 weeks. There’s an initial 6 month minimum commitment — the runners who get the most out of this are the ones who stick around long enough to see real progress. Running is as much a test of patience as it is of motivation. This 6 month minimum ensures we are both equally committed for the long-term.
