  • Yes — I coach runners worldwide. You’ll get the same personalised program, feedback, and results. However, my working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Melbourne time, so please consider this.

  • You’ll have a direct line to me via TrainingPeaks and WhatsApp for daily feedback and quick answers. A booking link for video or voice calls as frequently as you need. And I provide video run-throughs and feedback on your training. You’ll never be stuck wondering what to do when something changes.

  • No, though heavy resistance training is my preference. While gym access provides more variety, I can still design effective strength programs using minimal equipment at home. If you do have access to a gym, we’ll take advantage of it; however, you can still make significant improvements with bodyweight and resistance band exercises.

  • A GPS watch (Garmin, Coros, or similar) is recommended, and a chest or arm heart rate Strap. For strength training, resistance bands and a few small weights are helpful but not essential. We can adapt to whatever you have.

  • You’ll only do what’s effective and specific to your running. Sessions are short, targeted, and designed to make you run better — so you feel the benefits quickly and are more likely to stick with it.

  • No – Coaching with me is a long-term commitment, and I do not offer short event-specific blocks. The minimum period is 6 months; however, 80% of my athletes stay for at least 12 months.

  • Yes — you’ll get a plan designed for the unique demands of extreme endurance. We’ll build the durability, fuelling strategies, body care, and mindset skills you need to reach the finish line in control, not just survive.

  • Coaching is billed every four weeks via direct debit. There’s an initial lock-in contract of 6 months, then it's block to block. That’s enough time to see real progress and build the habits that make your results stick. You can pause for up to 6 weeks or stop at any time after the initial 6 months, provided you give two weeks’ notice. Should you wish to come back, it will be subject to availability and pricing at the current date.
