About Coaching With James
My journey into coaching began in alpine skiing at 16. After years in skiing, coaching was paused for me until finding the trails in 2020. I was not a runner growing up, quite the opposite. Like us all, running has become a light to structure my days, showing me how consistently showing up creates possibilities beyond our wildest dreams.
As a coach, my philosophy is driven from this experience: show up, day after day, and tailor the approach to everyone. The methodology is a holistic approach, looking at your whole lifestyle, ensuring you receive the best guidance, with tailoring to suit what you actually need.
